Ideally, he is hoping for someone with flexibility; he can provide a schedule one month ahead of time and guarantee 40 hrs/wk. One child (13) has autism and requires extra patience; the other (12) has ADHD. Hoping to find someone who can do before/after care with meal preparation and homework help.
