About the job
We are seeking a safe, punctual, and reliable driver to assist with afterschool pick-ups and activities M - F, 4:00-6:15 p.m. Pay is $23-25/hour with $. 70/mile reimbursement. Some days you'll pick up one child, other days both. Help children transition when they arrive home and assist with light household tasks. We have a 7 yo daughter with high-functioning autism (school) and a 3 yo son (school). Key duties include pick-ups, engaging the kids during transport, helping with activity prep, and assisting with transition home. Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and have a safe driving record. Experience with special needs children is a plus. The role may evolve into a nanny/family assistant position with higher pay, responsibilities, and travel. More than driving, we want someone to become an integral part of our family team!
