About the job
We are two families seeking a loving, experienced nanny for a shared care position. Each family has 2 kids (ages 1. 5 and 4). Each family needs approximately 20 hours per week of childcare, for a total of 20-40 hours per week. We are open to various scheduling arrangements(splitting days between families or combining care for all children). Days, times, and the start date are flexible. Both families live in Centennial/Littleton. What were looking for in a nanny: -Prioritizes outdoor play - no screen time - willing to support kids through big emotions in a calm and empathetic way - Familiar with or open to learning about respectful parenting approaches - Comfortable supporting to sleep (laying with/rocking) We are looking to build a long term relationship with someone
