Nanny For 12 Month Old Boy Starting February

Hi! Our names are Morgan (the mom), David (the dad), and O (baby). We're an outdoorsy family who also loves travel and board games. We're seeking a nanny to start in late February when I go back to work as a flight attendant. We are flexible on days but would like two consecutive days (Monday Tuesday/ Thursday Friday) as my job occasionally has me gone for two days in a row. Ideally seeking someone comfortable with getting out of the house occasionally with O, we have several parks within walking distance of our house and also frequent the library's baby story time. Speaking Mandarin or French is also a plus but not required! (David speaks Mandarin and French, Morgan speaks French). We also cloth diaper and would like to hire someone comfortable with that (we will clean/sanitize all diapers). I'd love to meet!
