ISO: Date Night/Concert Sitter

Hi! I'm looking for a reliable, recurring date night and concert night babysitter for our 4 (almost 5)-year-old son. We have two dogs so must be comfortable with pets. We're looking for someone who's comfortable with some possible late nights (after concerts) and the random date night. Ideal qualities are someone whose kind, caring, direct and someone who can form a special bond with our son. Our family lives out of state so we'd love for this person to be with us on an ongoing basis. This wouldn't be every weekend night - but we'd be happy to committing to a set number of days per month to make it worthwhile! If the above sounds like you, I'm looking forward to meeting you!
