Recurring Date-Night And Concert Sitter For Sweet 4 Y/o In Littleton (not Every Weekend Night!)

Hi! I'm looking for a reliable, recurring date night and concert night babysitter for our 4-year-old son. We have two dogs so must be comfortable with pets. We're looking for someone who's comfortable with some possible late nights (after concerts) and the random date night. Ideal qualities are someone whose kind, caring, direct and someone who can form a special bond with our son. Our family lives out of state so we'd love for this person to be with us on an ongoing basis.
