About the job
Our family is looking for a nanny for 20-25 hours a week. We live in Old Town Lafayette in walking distance to parks, coffee shops, etc. Our son is in preschool M-F from 7:50-10:50. It would be helpful if the nanny could handle pickup from school. Our ideal candidate has several years of experience, is responsible and trustworthy, great communicator, warm personality and comfortable caring for multiple children. The nanny would be in charge of childcare, coming up with activities, scheduling outings to library/playgrounds/etc and keeping their play/eating areas tidy. We would appreciate help with the children's laundry and food prep, but their care would always be the priority. We're a very welcoming and appreciative family to work with and value anyone who cares for our children. We're also open to a nanny share with one other child.
