4 and 3-year-old. Divorced household with 50/50 split time. Nanny needed mon-friday when kids are home. 4-year-old goes to preschool till 3 so only the 3-year-old needs care from 8:30-3:30 and then both of them from 3:30 till the end of the work day at 5.
