We have a newly3-year-old named L, who needs out of the house care so Mom can work on projects. We also have a 4-month-old named F, who mostly sticks by mom for now but also likes to be held by everyone from time to time. Dad works from home, but is unable to provide consistent care throughout the workday(2pm- midnight), creating challenges for Mom. L is very intellectually motivated, he likes to read picture books, hear stories, break apart machines, and play with electronics. We avoid phones/tablets/tvs/light up toys whenever possible, and are hoping to find someone who is able to facilitate some enriching play for L, as well as help him get physical activity, which he is sometimes resistant to. We have a large backyard by a park, where play can happen, and two vehicles for excursions
