Need A Nanny/Sitter To Come To My Home And Watch My 8 Month Old Thursdays & Fridays From 7am To 3pm

I'm looking for someone to come watch my 7-month-old son in my home from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. He had some breathing challenges when he was born that caused him to be on oxygen for the first few months of his life; he's in good shape now, but per his doctors, we are going to keep him out of a group kid environment until he's at least 1. I work from home, but I need to be able to focus, so I need someone I can trust him with solo. For the most part, my work is flexible so if there's an emergency, I can assist and I do nurse him as I can through the day. That said, I have a few meetings each week that can't be interrupted and their times and frequency vary wildly (within that 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. window).
