Recurring Sitter Needed For 2 Kiddos Under 5 In GJ

We are a family of 5 searching for a recurring sitter to spend time with our 2 youngest children, a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl in our home (home is a tri-level so will need to access stairs). Our children have not had much experience with babysitters outside the family so will need someone who is patient and great at breaking the ice. We have a 12-year-old labradoodle who is pretty easy going. We are looking for ongoing care for a few hours once a week, starting around 5 p.m. The exact time and day of week is yet to be determined. Additionally we would like a sitter for a monthly date night which would most likely be on Friday or Saturday for 4-6hrs. Once everyone is comfortable we would like to add in occasional overnights.
