I am returning to work from maternity leave soon to my fully remote job. Because I work from home, I am looking for someone who can provide in-home care for a few hours a week. A set schedule is still tentative, however, most of my recurring work meetings are scheduled a few weeks to a month in advance so we can work on a more set schedule. Having someone who is flexible with their schedule will be helpful. I am also willing to work with you to create the best schedule/routine for both of us. My baby will be about 3 months old at the time so will need standard infant care. I would be in home when/if needed as I am exclusively breastfeeding.
