Seeking Morning Nanny For Playful 3-Year-Old

Looking for assistance within home childcare for our nearly 3-year-old with special needs, preferably from someone with experience in healthcare - MA, CNA, LPN, RN, BSN (hourly can be more based on eligibility) - but not mandatory. He is tube fed and on oxygen, but otherwise very mobile (walks/runs independently), playful, energetic and very fun. He just needs someone to watch him closely, play with him, and help him stay out of trouble :) Hours are somewhat flexible if needed but looking for morning coverage through the week and could potentially be more if desired.
