We have had live-in au pairs for the past 5 years and have loved it but now that our kids are older we are ready to transition to a nanny. My husband and I are both physicians so we primarily need help getting the kids to the bus in the morning and carting them around to after school activities. We also need help with occasional date nights and weekends. We have very active and energetic kids. We also have a sweet dog.
