2/3 of the kids are potty trained. Lots of time outside. Needs to have a fun childhood and a safe environment. We are a shoe free home, so please bring comfy socks/slippers! I mostly work from home but on occasion will have to go into the office. We had our last nanny for 4 years and we love her!
