Prior experience caring for infants, with references required CPR trained and certified where necessary Reliable transportation and strong communication skills (text updates throughout the day) Comfortable with light sleep training for naps and following a structured schedule Willing to prepare baby food when the time comes Willing to do light laundry for baby Prioritizes outdoor time, including walks, playground visits, and tummy time on a blanket in the grass. Flexible to adjust hours slightly with ample notice 24-hour notice required if unable to work the next day Must not be allergic to cats (we have two very friendly ones!) Must have health insurance Hours likely to be: 8:00a-4:00p
