Our baby is 6 weeks old, so we're still figuring out her daily routine. We plan to implement a more regimented sleep training methodology around 4-5 months. Ideal day includes bottle feeding (breastmilk), playing and napping. We'd need someone to be at our house to watch her between 7:30-9 (we can be flexible by the day) until 3:00-4 ish. We also have the flexibility to hire someone 3 or 4 days/week, we don't necessarily need 5 days.
