Typically we utilize family members for watching our son but without family nearby we want to find a babysitter we can trust! We don't have a schedule set yet but this would mostly be a flexible babysitter we can book in advance when needed. We also would like to establish a consistent every other week date night and maybe one longer weekend day a month.
