Are you passionate about working with children ages 2-8? Mighty Kicks Northern Colorado is currently seeking coaches for our fall season in the Northern Colorado area. We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals who have a passion for having a positive impact on young children. Mighty Kicks uses soccer as a method for developing gross motor skills, developing character, and having a positive impact on the overall development of young children. Operating in Northern Colorado since 2012, Mighty Kicks started to invest in children's development while introducing children to the game of soccer. We are honored to form relationships with Northern Colorado families and aid in the development of the young children in our community. Now, we're looking to add more coaches to our team to increase our impact, will you join us? What makes Mighty Kicks coaches unique? Mighty Kicks coaches are: Responsible: Committed to doing what is expected as a coach and a representative of Mighty Kicks. This includes being punctual to all coaching sessions, managing a group of up to 12 children, as well as effectively communicating with school directors, teachers, and parents. Enthusiastic: Excited to work with and connect with young kids. Able to create a fun and exciting atmosphere that makes Mighty Kicks the best part of each child's day. Fun-loving: Must enjoy having fun with young children, as well as being imaginative and goofy with them. Organized: Conducting each session according to the curriculum and maintaining a quality experience for all. Safe: Committed to the safety of the children under their care. However, once a schedule is set, it will remain that way for the current season (7-8 weeks long), as you will be at the same locations at the same times each week. Requirements: Reliable transportation for traveling to coaching sessions Ability to successfully pass a national, state, and county background check. Experience working with children ages 2-8 preferred but not required Soccer playing/coaching experience preferred but not required Compensation: The part-time coaching position starts at a rate of $30 - $40 per hour.
