Hello! My husband and I have a 1-year-old girl who is usually watched by her grandparents during the day, but we do need occasional backup help. We are hoping to find a nanny that we can rely on when her grandparents are out of town or unavailable, and someone she can grow with over time. This position will be on an as-needed basis, but we are most interested in using the same person over time so our baby can get to know them.
