Home Health Support Needed For 12 Year Old In Fort Collins.

We are looking for home health support for our 12-year-old son that was diagnosed with a rare epilepsy syndrome in Feb 2024. He has seizures 1-2 times a week - although the frequency can vary. We are still working with Drs to adjust his medications/therapies. We need someone to keep eyes on him at all times and maybe help with school pickup/drop off (he is currently attending one class per day) and getting to/from weekly therapy appts. He does have a g-tube but is also able to take meds/eat/drink orally. He is able to get around inside the house but may require use of wheelchair, walker, or cane when outside of the home. He was hospitalized for over 4 months and is working hard to regain his strength and stamina. He is an amazing kid with a great sense of humor. He loves to laugh, play games, and have fun.
