Regular Caregiver For 1 Child With Special Needs And 3 Others On Occasion For Date Nights

We are looking for a caregiver with experience working with kids who have special needs and struggle with emotional regulation. Our family has four kids, but you would be working primarily with one of them, a 10-year-old boy named C. At times, we might ask you to take one of the other kids to activities with you so that they can play with C as well. While C is 10 years old, he presents as developmentally younger. A caregiver will need to approach C in a trauma-informed manner. C's escalations that do not involve family members usually involve yelling or refusing. Escalations with family have escalated to throwing objects and have escalated to physical altercations. We have a trauma-informed provider who will work with you to develop the skills to be successful in this position.
