Nanny For A Sweet 4 Month Old Baby

My husband and I have a 2.5-month-old and a dog. We value honesty and integrity and are looking for a nanny who is loving and caring. We'd like her to be flexible and open to doing things the way we've been doing them. Responsibilities would include feeding + burping baby, changing diaper, changing baby's outfit in case of diaper blowout, soothing baby, helping baby fall asleep, educational activities (reading, singing, tummy time, toys, etc.), etc. Laundry, vacuuming, light housekeeping, keeping baby's surroundings clean, meal prep, grocery shopping, etc when baby is sleeping. Other: 3+ years of newborn experience, infant CPR + first aid certified, provide 4 references from other families - 2 past and 2 current, provide background check at national and local level. Preferably vaccinated and open to wearing a mask when sick.
