We are looking for someone to care for our 2 1/2-year-old and 3-month-old boys in the mornings Monday through Friday at our home in Erie. The hours would be from 7:30 a.m. to around 12 p.m. We'd like for someone to organize play for our toddler, do some light cooking for breakfast and lunch, and put our baby down for a morning nap. The ideal person would partner with our parenting strategies for both boys including offering choices, acknowledging feelings, etc. The ideal candidate has experience with multiple children and newborns.
