Daily Babysitter For 6 Month Old

We are looking for a caregiver for our baby girl. We would love to have a sitter that has previous experience with infants and toddlers. My husband and I work from home so we will be around, and I would like to continue breastfeeding in addition to bottle feeding. We'd like a sitter that will play some educational games with our baby to help her learn. This individual will become an integral part of our life, so we would like to make sure we connect on values, and we all feel comfortable with each other. She will be 6 months old when this job starts and we're looking for someone to come take care of her Monday through Friday all day while we work. We also have two dogs, one that's 10 yrs old, she is a total sweetheart and naps most of the day. The other is younger, about 1-year-old, and She's pretty calm for a 1-year-old.
