About the job
This is a nanny share, with 3 boys between 2 families for 3 days/week. We have been doing this successfully all year, but our current nanny is moving. Most days it will be 2 boys, ages 9 months & 19 months, but one morning/week will include 3 yr old, before preschool drop off at noon (7 min walk). Our family interests/values: Being outdoors, free play, practicing kindness, and learning life skills. Our kids need help with: Diapers, meals, learning to play and share/life skills Our nanny needs: Understanding of safety measures in caring for small children, patience/empathy, ability to remain calm under stress/ laid back nature, and willingness to play outside or get creative in extreme weather. One house has 2 cats. One house has 2 dogs. Nanny will not have to care for pets.
