Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: This family is hoping for a Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7 p.m. schedule, guaranteeing 45 hours/week. They are open to Monday-Friday for the right candidate. Live-In / Live-Out: The nanny will have a private apartment in the new home, located above the garage and laundry room. The apartment includes a living room with beautiful views, a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a washer/dryer. The apartment has AC/heat and a parking spot in the garage. This family will only consider candidates who will move in, once ready in February 2025. Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year Start Date: Mid-September/October 2024 This family has 6 children, the oldest being 23 (out of the house) and youngest being 2! The middle 4 children (ages 13, 12, 10 & 4 years old) will be in school full-time. The family assistant will primarily care for the two youngest children but should be comfortable and experienced with older children as well. All standard family duties include meal prep, errands, driving children, planning age-appropriate activities, managing the calendar/scheduling, laundry, and light tidying up/organizational projects. The ability to travel is required for the position. The family takes approximately 2-3 domestic & international trips a year and will need their nanny to travel with them. The family is offering $32- 35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $75, 000- $85, 900 per year (gross).
