12 month contract and hoping for long-term. Start date flex. W-2. $30 for 1 child. $33 for 2 (beginning in Sept/Oct). DOE 2yr son, loves to laugh. Into trains, cooking, reading, singing. In a Montessori school for 3 hrs/day Aug - May. Baby due in July. Full Time Option: Mon-Thu + every other Fri, Part Time Option: 2-4 days a week. Guaranteed hours. At baseline, Nanny duties + household laundry 2x/week + unloading dishwasher. Role evolves depending on # children and schedule, but expectations will be clear and mutually agreed upon. Defined house manager tasks (eg water plants, family meal prep) only if son is in school and baby is on a nap schedule (eg in 2026). 10 days PTO/yr, 6 paid sick (reduced for PT role) + holidays. Potential for pre-tax retirement. Mom WFH most days, 3 cats. We hike, ski, scuba dive. South Denver/DU.
