We are looking for full-time care for our 4-month-old daughter (born December 2024) beginning in May. We are hoping to find a warm, reliable, and trustworthy nanny to partner with our family as we navigate new parenthood and returning to work after maternity leave. Both parents work from home as software engineers, and our baby is breastfed. We're eager to work with an experienced infant nanny who prioritizes clarity in communication, the cultivation of curiosity, and emotional security in their role as a caregiver. You'll find our household to be one centered in compassion, intention, and joy. We prioritize respectful communication, ownership, and mutual trust.
