Support single stay at home dad and 3 daughters (5, 7. 5 and 9. 5 y/o) w/ afterschool/evening routines, supporting kids emotionally and practically in exploring their interests and trying new experiences, remaining emotionally attuned and able to flex expectations to meet people where they are in the moment. Need afternoon hours b/c oldest is homeschooled. Need evening hours b/c kids (and dad) need executive function support through kids bedtime and post-bedtime tidying. Dad usually present & involved with kids, teaming with caregiver. You are authentic, patient, calm, organized and can laugh when things done go right. You can jump into a dynamic situation, figure out what needs done, and get it done. Min commitment of mid-April to mid-Aug 2025, but ideal is to have someone stay through May 2026. Thank you!
