A warm, energetic, and experienced Nanny/Family Assistant is needed for a private, active family in Denver, CO. This live-out role supports a stay-at-home mother with three children under six. The ideal candidate has infant care experience, child development knowledge, and a true passion for working with children. This position requires flexibility, discretion, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Responsibilities Provide engaged, attentive care to the children, sometimes including cousins. Coordinate activities, playdates, and appointments, including transportation. Maintain children's sleep, meal, and activity schedules. Assist with light housekeeping, tidying, laundry support, meal prep, and grocery shopping. Support family travel (10-15% of the time, domestic & international). Help organize children's spaces and plan age-appropriate activities. Assist with event planning for family celebrations. Report directly to the mother on a daily basis. Schedule & Travel Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (with flexibility to work late evenings on a bimonthly -twice monthly- and weekends on a monthly basis). Frequent domestic & international travel required. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a private family. College degree preferred, child development training a plus. CPR & First Aid certified. Strong swimmer and physically active. Valid driver's license with a clean record- must be comfortable driving children. Valid passport or willingness to obtain one. Standard vaccinations required. Experience with play-based learning. Computer savvy with proficiency in Mac and PC operating systems, including Office, Chrome, and Safari. Proficient in ordering online groceries, and household products. Personal Qualities Warm, calm, and proactive with a "no job too big or small" attitude. Discreet, highly organized, and adaptable to the family's needs. A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Sensitive to maintaining the family's privacy. Compensation & Benefits $TBD/hour, commensurate with experience. 15 days PTO (scheduled with family approval). Employer-paid medical insurance. 401k after the first year of employment.
