Full-time Nanny Needed, Variable Schedule

We are looking for a full-time nanny for our 10mo (will be about a year at time of start) starting in May. Previous experience and references required, as well as CPR certification. Non-smokers only. Must be comfortable with 1 very friendly dog and light housework. Your schedule will vary quite significantly as our jobs both require night shifts on occasion. Some weeks will be very light. We will guarantee a minimum hours/week.
