Nanny Needed For 2 Adorable 1-Year-Olds

We are two families looking for a nanny to join our nanny share and care for 17-month-old! They have been best buddies for the last year, are on the same schedule, and have no health concerns or food allergies to monitor. Both are walking and are sweet, curious, and hilarious. We are so grateful for the nanny we've had for the past year! We are looking for someone with more experience planning activities who would be willing/able to drive the toddlers to do fun things. Schedule: 36 hours a week guaranteed, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on M, Tu, Th, F. 11 holidays per year + 8 days PTO + 1 hour of accrued, paid leave per 30 hours. Both families have two moms, so our nanny must be supportive of LGBTQ families.
