Part-time Nanny For Twin 3 Year-olds

Beginning to look for part-time care for my twin 3-year-olds. Schedule I'm looking to work for would be between 9-3, M-F, but how many days of the week may vary based on my shifts. They speak well and are easy to understand, they are mostly potty trained, 1 may use a diaper in the morning. Looking for someone that enjoys kids and playing and interacting as well as creating a safe environment for them. Our house and yard are set up for them to play, create, enjoy. The house comes with two indoor/outdoor cats, Easily accessible parking, multiple parks nearby.
