About the job
Our family is looking for a caregiver who would be available on a recurring basis for my 3-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son a couple of weekday afternoons a week. Their dad travels for work, and I find that the time between picking up the kids and putting them to bed is often completely consumed with errands, chores, making dinner, cleaning up... all the usual's. They are great sports and love to "help" (sort of!), but as you might imagine, afternoons and evenings aren't the most fun for the kids. We are hoping to find someone with plenty of stamina - these are a couple of naturally silly, outgoing, curious little humans. The job would involve picking them up from school and daycare, and bringing them home for a couple hours of playing, reading, building, dinner and just generally keeping busy until mom gets home.
