What Were Looking For: Someone warm, patient, and engaged who truly enjoys playing, teaching, and keeping up with a high-energy toddler. Have experience in early childhood development. Understands the magic of imaginative play. Tech-free mindset we do not use screens, and we want someone who can keep him engaged in the real world. Schedule & Transition Plan: Care will take place in our home while I work in my office, so he has a smooth transition to meeting someone new. Start with 2 hours per day and gradually increase to 4+ hours as he gets comfortable. Main days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with some flexibility. The days may change, however it will be about 3 days a week on average. Eventually, wed love for you to take him outside for adventures at the playground or around the neighborhood!
