About the job
We need an experienced, patient & cordial nanny for our 1-year-old son. Our home has surveillance for his safety. We don't need: housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal prepping, etc. Hence the hourly rate doesn't match our area, but we are flexible. When our son is asleep, you will have downtime. Requirements: Effective & clear communication CPR & First Aid for infants & toddlers Understanding of child development Respect family values & boundaries Maintain child safety Trustworthy & reliable Empathetic & patient Adaptable Creative Expectations: 1) Follow feed & nap schedule (solids are already prepped). 2) Daily interactions: read books; watch over & engage in playtime. Teach alphabet, shapes, numbers; common everyday words & sign language (books & flash cards provided). Note: Our son isn't deaf. 3) Prompt diaper changes.
