I have my child on a 50% 2-2-3 schedule that alternates from one week to the next. If possible, I'd like to find a bit of a nanny-share situation where my child can join on the days, I need care, so the nanny could have more week-to-week stability. Ideally, I'd also like to find someone who is a safe driver to potentially enable some out-of-house activities.
