My husband and I are looking for a nanny starting in early-mid March for our then 3. 5-month-old. Flexible on start date (as long as it's after 02. 18). We would like this to turn into a nanny share in June, and have another family lined up. Our home is located in the West Highlands neighborhood. We are looking for a nanny who has experience with infants, and who is reliable, caring, and engaging. Education (especially Montessori) experience/knowledge on milestones and development is a huge plus.
