Hi there! I am in search of childcare on a back-up basis. We have a full-time nanny that we love, but she is immunocompromised and has a number of sick days and also has allotted vacation days. Myself and potentially the other family we do a share with are looking for someone who is looking for some extra work and could help us as a back up nanny during the week. For vacation we would provide notice ahead of time, but we would need the ability to call on someone the evening before or morning of a possible sick day. Happy to provide more info on a call!
