I have 6-month-old twins, who are very easy going and calm. They require structured activities such as play time, mat time, tummy time, reading, sensory time, etc. A typical day looks like scheduled naps that last a couple hours with feedings, social, sensory, and motor time in between. We use both milk and formula as well.
