We have a 19-month-old baby girl. She enjoys books, singing, dancing, and watching Sesame Street. Her ideal day is breakfast, a walk, reading, play then an early to mid day nap. Lunch after waking up. Afternoons can include the library, a park, or just lounging at home. The goal is for one long nap so shes ready for bed at 8 p.m. to keep her on a set schedule. Our daughter has spent her time exclusively with Mommy so we'll only do a day or 2 per week to start and build up to a more frequent routine.
