Seeking Full-time Or Part-time Nanny For Our 3-year-old

We are searching for a new full-time, experienced nanny (or potentially two part-time folks) for our bright, sensitive, energetic 3-year-old son. Our current wonderful nanny is moving on to school. The best fit will be someone who is warm, loving, patient, experienced, and able to bring kid-like fun energy. Silly, active play gets him giggling. He is currently in part-time preschool (mornings 3-4 days a week), and our nanny handles pick up, drop off, meals and structuring afternoon activities. We need someone highly reliable, as both parents work in demanding jobs. Our home is progressive and inclusive, & we can provide references. We offer sick and vacation days, guarantee 40 hrs/wk & sign a standard contract. Our ideal nanny would be seeking a long-term position. Looking forward to connecting!
