Bear Creek Valley. Full time job starting asap Mon/Wed/Fri- 8-5 Tues/Thurs- 12-5 (this can change if school is closed/ summer etc and would be 8-5 those days). We may occasionally need help with pickup at noon. Guaranteed: 37+ hours per week Flexibility: Would love someone who is flexible to start a little earlier or stay later when 1 parent is traveling for work. Pay: $25-28 per hour depending on experience paid via online weekly on Fridays Vacation/ PTO: 10 days per year (5 of your choosing/ 5 to sync with family vacation) Paid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Sick Pay: 5 sick days paid per year Job Description: Our family is located in the bear valley area. We are looking to hire a Nanny to start asap in January to care for our newly turned 1-year-old girl. Both parents work from home, however both do travel for work. We are looking for someone who can be a trusted extension of our care team. You will care for our daughter during the work day, providing a warm environment for learning, arts + crafts, reading, movement/playing, feeding, diapering and putting down for naps. During naps we ask that you straighten up toys, clean the highchair, clean up bottles/plates etc from meals, and wash and dry kids laundry. She is starting at a school in January and will attend Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-12. If school is closed for a break or summer we may ask for you to work a full day vs a 12-5 schedule. We do also have a 3. 5-year-old boy with ASD who is in a therapy center 8:30-4:30 M-F and will be in the house in the morning and end of day under parent supervision. He does have some high magnitude behaviors, so we need someone who is comfortable with that, however your responsibility is our daughter.
