Babysitter Needed For 16mo Boy In Denver, Weekday Afternoons

Hi there! We're looking for a babysitter to take care of our 16-month-old son from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Our nanny leaves at 4pm, and we both work full-time, so we need someone who can be consistently on time (barring emergency, of course) for a smooth hand-off. We'd like to hire someone who is kind, caring, patient, and energetic, and can handle potential witching hour antics/fussiness and mealtime. He typically snacks a bit until dinner around 5:30. We have one 7yo female dog, 60lbs Great Pyrenees/Cattle Dog mix, who is very sweet and good with everyone, unless they ring the doorbell, make a delivery, or are a dog.
