A busy, dual-working family located in North Country Club, Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time nanny to care for their three children (8 b, 5 b, and 1 year old g) and assist with household management. This live-out, long-term position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and independent individual who can seamlessly manage a dynamic household. Candidates must live in the area or be willing to relocate to the Denver area (relocation costs will be provided by the family).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide loving and age-appropriate care for the children, including managing daily routines, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and after-school activities.
Engage in education and recreational activities with the kids.
Support the youngest child, including nursery school drop-offs (8:15 AM - 11:00 AM) and managing nap times (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM).
Assist with household tasks such as errands, grocery shopping, car washing, and organizing.
Help with light meal prep (e.g., washing fruits/veggies, preparing food for later cooking).
Maintain a tidy and organized home environment, including managing children's belongings and organizing household items.
Provide occasional overnight care when both parents are traveling.
Manage the family calendar, organize appointments, and help with other household admin tasks.
Work with parents to establish and maintain effective communication regarding the children's activities, progress, etc.
Travel with the family to destinations such as Maine in the summer and the Bahamas, with the option to align family travel to Bahamas with your time off.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a nanny and/or house manager or in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and handle a dynamic household.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Driver's license and reliable transportation (own car required).
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with house management tasks and a "can-do" attitude.
Additional Details:
On-the-books employment.
Family has a housekeeper for afternoon/evening shifts (2 PM-8 PM).
The older kids are picked up from school at about 3pm, and then attend activities.
