We (two sets of neighbors) are looking for a nanny who is experienced with infants, has worked in a nanny-share, is CPR and first aid certified, is willing to eventually take the kiddos to museums, parks, etc. (with their own reliable transportation), and has experience introducing solids and a sleep schedule when the time comes.
