Nanny For Sweet Infant 3-4 Days/wk

As my husband and I return to work, we are looking for a nanny to help with our 6-month-old baby boy. He's super sweet and lots of fun right now. Also open to joining a nanny share if looking to add another family. Consistent and guaranteed schedule for Monday - Wednesday (or Thursday) from 8:30am-3 p.m. Lakewood area near Belmar. I work from home and will be onsite; however, you will be helping with the baby in a separate space. Must be comfortable with pets (1 cat & 1 dog). We'd love for this person to be familiar with (or open to learning) child-led development practices, cloth diapering/wipes, and be willing to get our son outside for walks or other activities.
