I need about 8 hours of care per week for my 16-month-old. Hours would be from about 9 to 1, but is flexible. My job recently started requiring that I go to our office 6 times per month. 9 to 1 schedule looks like: play time, snack, more play time, eating lunch, reading some books & laying down for a nap. Baby needs to be rocked to sleep because she has sleep challenges, but otherwise no other specific care needs.
