We work from home but need a little extra support during the work day. K plays most of his day and takes about 3 naps during the work day, ranging from a half hour to 2 hours. He is beginning solids and eats at least one meal a day. He is breastfed by mom but can take a bottle if needed. K wakes up around 630 a.m. He prefers contact naps and is held a lot.
